Exercise is a really important part of early years’ development, it provides so many wonderful opportunities to explore new adventures and is a way of developing and discovering new skills that have yet to be explored. If a child takes part in exercise everyday whether it be walking, running, climbing, dancing, running, jumping or playing active games, this all plays an important part in developing a love of physical activity.
